The App guides users through a 5-phase journey from dreaming about travel to actually booking and going on their trip.
**3. Subscription and Payments**
*Free Trial:*
- New users receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features
- No credit card is required to start the trial
- You can cancel anytime during the trial without charge
*Subscription Access:*
- After the trial period, a subscription is required to access the App's features
- The App uses a "hard paywall" — core features are only available to subscribers
- Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store
- Prices may vary by region and are displayed before purchase
*Billing:*
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
- No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
**4. User Accounts**
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
**5. Acceptable Use**
You agree NOT to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
- Share your account credentials with others
- Use the App in any way that could harm or impair its operation
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
**6. Travel and Health Disclaimer**
**IMPORTANT:** Dream Travel Planner is a coaching and planning tool, NOT a professional travel advisory or mental health service.

- AI-generated nudges and insights are for motivational and organizational purposes only
- Always consult official travel advisories, local authorities, and qualified professionals for travel safety decisions
- If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional
- We are not responsible for any travel decisions you make based on App content
- Solo travel involves inherent risks — always prioritize your personal safety
**7. Journal Content**
- You retain ownership of all journal entries, photos, and personal content you create
- Your content is stored locally on your device and processed by on-device AI
- We do not access, review, or use your personal journal content
- You are solely responsible for the content you create within the App
**8. Intellectual Property**
- The App, including its design, features, nudge content, and branding, is owned by us and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content without permission
- The 50+ nudges and coaching content are proprietary materials
**9. Limitation of Liability**
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- We are not liable for any travel-related incidents, injuries, or losses
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months
**10. Indemnification**
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your travel activities, or your violation of these Terms.
**11. Termination**
- You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time
- We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms
- Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately
- Your locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it
